Job Summary Come join our team and be a part of the Cinnamon Roll Deli movement in Lexington! Our Dish Team plays an important role in keeping the deli operating smoothly. We are an award winning deli based out of Columbia, SC, and we're looking for energetic, positive minded individuals to join our new, Coming Soon location in Lexington ! Our Dish Team not only keeps our operations flowing by keeping the line stocked with clean utensils and dishware, but they also assist in keeping the production area organized, clean, and free of trash, boxes, etc. We close at 3:00 everyday, allowing all of our team to enjoy their evenings every day. Flexible work schedule, with full-time and part-time options available. Responsibilities Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans to uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety Assist with food preparation tasks such as ingredient prep when needed Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, including sweeping and mopping floors, emptying trash receptacles, and sanitizing work surfaces regularly Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow during busy service times Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations Assist with inventory management by notifying supervisors of supplies needed for cleaning or food prep Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy trays or equipment Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and safety procedures in a commercial kitchen setting Familiarity with food handling standards and sanitation practices is a plus Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting culinary operations during busy periods Great opportunity to get in on the ground level with fast growing business that will provide future growth opportunities. Pay:
