Experience Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required. Familiarity with basic kitchen operations such as cleaning, food handling, or bussing enhances your ability to succeed in this role. Experience working at hotels, catering events, or in banquet settings is a plus. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting culinary staff and guest satisfaction.
