Responsibilities Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and cooking equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure all items are properly stored. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including bussing tables and helping cooks. Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper food handling procedures. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Requirements Previous experience in a food service or hospitality environment is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure. Knowledge of basic culinary practices is a plus. Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed.
