Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Dishwasher, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. Duties Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to meet health and safety standards Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas throughout each shift Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, supporting chefs and kitchen staff Support catering and banquet setups by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use Handle food handling responsibilities with care to prevent cross-contamination and ensure hygiene compliance Collaborate with team members to manage high-volume dishwashing during busy service times Follow proper cleaning procedures for kitchen appliances and ensure adherence to sanitation protocols Skills Strong understanding of food handling safety and sanitation standards Experience with bussing tables and supporting food service operations preferred Knowledge of food preparation, catering, banquet experience, and restaurant operations beneficial Ability to perform cleaning duties efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Basic cooking skills or culinary experience advantageous for supporting kitchen activities Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude in fast-paced environments Prior hospitality or hotel experience helpful but not required; eagerness to learn is key This paid position offers an energetic environment where your contributions directly impact the quality of our service.
