Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Dishwasher/Busser, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring our dining environment is clean, organized, and welcoming. Support catering and banquet events by providing timely bussing and setup assistance. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, and service stations through regular cleaning duties. Handle food handling responsibilities safely and according to health regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours. Qualifications Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Familiarity with food service operations, including bussing, cleaning, and basic food prep. Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting trays or cleaning equipment. Experience in banquet settings or catering environments is a plus. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of culinary or kitchen operations is advantageous but not mandatory.
