Overview Join our dynamic team as a Dishwasher and be a vital part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! In this energetic role, you will ensure the cleanliness and organization of all kitchenware, utensils, and dishes, supporting our culinary team to operate smoothly and efficiently. Duties Thoroughly wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment to meet health and safety standards Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations, sinks, and surrounding areas to ensure an organized workspace Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables and handling basic food items when needed Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use Collaborate with kitchen staff to facilitate smooth service flow during busy periods Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure hygiene compliance Help with general cleaning duties around the kitchen and dining areas to uphold a pristine environment Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required Knowledge of basic kitchen operations including bussing, cleaning, and food handling practices Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy trays or dishes up to 50lbs Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and safety standards Excellent teamwork skills and positive attitude in fast-paced settings Familiarity with catering or banquet experience is a plus but not mandatory Willingness to learn new skills related to culinary support roles Embark on your hospitality journey with us!
