Kitchen exhaust cleaner

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented person to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness of state, county, corporate, and personal kitchen exhaust systems. Ensuring that all areas are clean and safe within the National Fire protection agency (NFPA96). This position requires good general knowledge and the ability to work inside and outside annually. As well as a commitment to high standards of cleanliness set for by ACS. Responsibilities Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including inside and outside. Operate cleaning equipment and tools effectively while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain systems by performing routine checks and minor repairs as needed. Follow schematics for equipment maintenance and repairs. Report any issues or repairs needed to the appropriate personnel. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service. Demonstrate leadership by training new staff on cleaning protocols and equipment use. Experience Previous experience in a cleaning or maintenance role is preferred but not required. Mechanical knowledge related to KES systems is a plus. Familiarity with equipment repair and maintenance practices. Ability to read and interpret standard operating procedures. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
