Duties Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, or assembling ingredients when needed Support the catering team by ensuring clean serving ware for banquet events and special functions Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean items for food service and food handling operations Follow proper procedures for waste disposal and recycling to promote a clean and environmentally responsible workspace Adhere to all food safety regulations and sanitation protocols at all times Experience Prior experience working in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards in a commercial kitchen setting Experience supporting food service operations such as bussing tables or assisting with food preparation is a plus Banquet or catering experience is advantageous but not mandatory Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting busy kitchen operations Join us in creating memorable dining experiences by keeping our kitchens running smoothly!
