Dishwasher

Position Summary The Dishwasher plays a critical role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. This position is responsible for washing dishes, sanitizing kitchen equipment, maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant, and supporting the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently and safely Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area, kitchen, storage areas, and trash stations Sweep and mop floors regularly to maintain a safe working environment Remove trash and recycling and transport to designated disposal areas Assist with receiving and storing deliveries when needed Restock clean dishes, utensils, and supplies throughout the shift Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines Support kitchen staff with basic prep or cleaning tasks as assigned Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with the team Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help others Prior restaurant experience preferred but not required Skills & Traits Dependable and punctual Strong attention to cleanliness and organization Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Positive attitude and willingness to learn Commitment to maintaining high standards Schedule Expectations Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required Full-time and part-time positions available Physical Requirements Standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion throughout shifts Exposure to hot water, cleaning chemicals, and kitchen equipment What Success Looks Like Maintains a clean and organized kitchen environment Keeps dishes and kitchen tools consistently available for the team Supports overall restaurant efficiency through hustle, teamwork, and attention to detail Contributes to a positive, high-energy kitchen culture
