Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Dishwasher, where your role is vital in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. In this energetic position, you will ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, supporting the smooth operation of our restaurant, catering, or hotel services. Your dedication to cleanliness and teamwork will help create a positive dining experience for guests and uphold our high standards of food safety and hygiene. Responsibilities Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools using commercial dishwashing equipment or manual methods Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas by regularly cleaning sinks, countertops, floors, and storage areas Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables and organizing supplies to support culinary staff Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for service Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health regulations and safety standards Manage waste disposal and recycling processes in accordance with facility policies Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely turnover of dishes during busy service hours Experience Previous experience in a food service environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is highly valued Familiarity with restaurant or hotel operations, including food handling and sanitation practices Experience with bussing tables or supporting food preparation tasks is a plus Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks efficiently Strong attention to detail to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills to work seamlessly with culinary staff and servers Join us in creating a welcoming atmosphere where cleanliness meets excellence!
