Dishwasher/Food Prep

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and energetic Dishwasher/Food Prep/Salad Bar team member to join our dynamic culinary environment. This vital role ensures the cleanliness and organization of kitchenware, maintains a hygienic workspace, and assists with food preparation to support smooth restaurant operations. Responsibilities Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards. Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to support chefs and kitchen staff and keep salad bar maintained and fresh. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste regularly. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods and special events. Uphold high standards of cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen, including storage spaces and food prep stations. Experience Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required. Familiarity with basic food handling practices and cleaning procedures is advantageous. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks comfortably. A strong work ethic with attention to detail and a positive attitude toward teamwork.

Pay:
