Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and organizing ingredients to support chefs and cooks. Support catering and banquet events by preparing food stations, setting up serving areas, and ensuring timely delivery of meals. Buss tables and clear dining areas efficiently to uphold cleanliness standards during service hours. Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene practices in accordance with health regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy service periods. Contribute to the overall cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, and service spaces through regular cleaning routines. Experience Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Experience with food preparation, bussing tables, or catering is highly desirable. Familiarity with kitchen safety standards and proper food handling techniques is a plus.
