Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Dishwasher, where your role is vital in maintaining a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment for both staff and guests. As a Dishwasher, you will be the backbone of our kitchen's cleanliness and organization, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are sanitized and ready for use. Duties Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans to uphold health and safety standards Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, or assembling ingredients when needed Support the catering and banquet teams by providing clean serviceware for events Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations, sinks, floors, and surrounding areas to ensure a hygienic workspace Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely availability of clean dishes during busy service hours Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety compliance Assist with general cleaning duties throughout the restaurant or hotel environment to uphold high standards of sanitation Skills Strong understanding of food handling safety and sanitation protocols Experience in food service environments such as restaurants, hotels, or catering operations Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment including dishwashers and cleaning tools Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to support culinary staff during peak times Knowledge of banquet or large-scale event setups is a plus Enthusiastic attitude with a commitment to hospitality excellence This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality who want to develop their culinary experience while contributing to a vibrant team environment.
