ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machine. Sort and stack clean dishes. Carry clean dishes to service line and other proper storage areas. Wash pots, pans and trays by hand Remove trash and garbage to dumpster Set up or break down dishwashing area Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish-washing station Complete other duties as assigned Education and/or Experience Food Handler Certificate required prior to day 1. Ability to listen, read, write and speak fluently in English for all job related circumstances. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Practical problem solving skills. While performing the duties of this job, he/she is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear. He/she is regularly required to reach with hands and arms. He/she must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
