Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assist with meal assembly according to established recipes and menu standards Cook food items with precision, ensuring quality, taste, and presentation meet company guidelines Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment to uphold food safety standards Handle food products safely and efficiently, following proper food handling procedures Support catering events and special functions by preparing and serving dishes as needed Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen tools promptly to ensure smooth kitchen operations Assist with inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying supervisors of stock shortages Experience Previous experience in a food industry setting such as a restaurant or catering service is preferred but not required Familiarity with dietary department procedures or dietary aide experience is a plus Knowledge of menu planning and food preparation techniques enhances performance in this role Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation are highly desirable Understanding of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices is essential Experience with cooking, food service, and kitchen operations will support your success in this position Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering outstanding culinary experiences.
