WEEKEND DISHWASHER

(Friday-Sunday) dedicated and enthusiastic Cook/Dishwasher to join our dynamic kitchen team. This role is essential in ensuring that our culinary operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment promptly. Ensure all food items are stored properly and adhere to health and safety regulations. Help with bussing tables and cleaning dining areas as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service during peak hours. Participate in catering events as required, providing support in food preparation and service. Keep the kitchen area organized, stocked, and free of hazards. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with culinary techniques and food preparation methods is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
