In this vital role, you will support food preparation, maintain cleanliness standards, and assist with basic kitchen tasks to ensure a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for both staff and guests. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help us deliver exceptional dining experiences every day! Duties Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly to maintain cleanliness and availability for food preparation and service Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, or portioning items under supervision Support the kitchen team in bussing tables and clearing plates during busy service periods Maintain high standards of cleanliness by cleaning workstations, floors, sinks, and storage areas regularly Help with basic food handling duties in accordance with safety and hygiene regulations Support catering events or banquet setups by organizing supplies and assisting with light food service tasks Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, sanitation, and equipment use to ensure a safe working environment Experience Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, catering, or food service environment is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided Familiarity with kitchen operations including dishwashing, cleaning procedures, and basic food prep is advantageous Experience with banquet or large event setups is a plus Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices is beneficial Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
