Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Dishwasher, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. This energetic position ensures that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized to support seamless food service operations. Duties Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently Assist with basic food preparation tasks and support culinary staff during busy service times Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met Help with general cleaning duties throughout the kitchen and dining areas to uphold sanitation standards Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during meal service and special events Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key Familiarity with basic kitchen tasks such as bussing tables or assisting with food prep is a plus Experience working in banquet settings or catering environments enhances your ability to adapt quickly Knowledge of cleaning procedures, food handling safety standards, and sanitation practices is advantageous Prior hospitality or hotel experience can provide a strong foundation for understanding guest-focused service dynamics Join us in creating an energetic and welcoming environment where cleanliness meets culinary excellence!
