Duties Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, and portioning ingredients to support chefs and kitchen staff Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including floors, counters, sinks, and storage spaces Support catering and banquet setups by organizing supplies and ensuring timely delivery of prepared food items Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene practices Buss tables during service hours by clearing plates, refilling supplies, and assisting servers as needed Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods Skills Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is highly desirable Knowledge of food preparation techniques and basic cooking skills Familiarity with cleaning procedures and maintaining sanitation standards in a commercial kitchen Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling protocols Experience with catering or banquet service is a plus Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment Enthusiasm for learning culinary skills and supporting a vibrant hospitality team Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
