Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Dishwasher/Busser, where you will play a vital role in ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff. This energetic position involves maintaining cleanliness standards, assisting with food service operations, and supporting the overall flow of the restaurant or hospitality setting. Responsibilities Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a smooth dining flow and guest satisfaction Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently while adhering to food safety standards Assist with basic food preparation tasks as directed by kitchen staff, including organizing supplies and prep work Support catering and banquet events by providing timely cleanup and setup assistance Maintain cleanliness of all service areas, including floors, counters, and dishwashing stations Help with food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene compliance Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to support efficient restaurant operations Skills Experience in bussing tables or supporting food service environments preferred Knowledge of basic food preparation and handling techniques Familiarity with banquet or catering experience is a plus Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in maintaining sanitation standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members A positive attitude and willingness to learn about culinary processes and hospitality operations Join us in creating memorable experiences through teamwork, cleanliness, and exceptional service!
