Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher/Cleaner to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this vital role, you will ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen and dining areas, creating a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and guests. Maintain cleanliness in all food service areas, including dining rooms, kitchens, and storage spaces by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal. Support catering and banquet events by providing timely dishwashing and cleanup services to facilitate smooth event operations. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during busy periods while maintaining a positive attitude. Adhere to all safety guidelines and sanitation protocols to promote a hygienic environment for staff and guests. Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Knowledge of cleaning procedures, food handling safety standards, and basic kitchen operations is a plus. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform physical tasks comfortably. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting colleagues during busy shifts. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment.
