Job Description
Looking for a rewarding career working with seniors? Come join our team at Governor's Ridge Retirement and Assisted Living Community where we strive to provide the best possible care and service to our residents. We are hiring a full time Dishwasher/ Kitchen Helper. The open shift is Thursday-Sunday. You must be able to work 12 hour days. At Governor's Ridge, our goal is to care for our seniors, the home where they live and our staff in a loving and compassionate environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Assist chef and cooks in meal preparation as needed
- Wash and put away dishes after meals
- Keep dishwashing area clean
- Plating meals at mealtime and serving in dining rooms
- Assist in putting away food deliveries
- Assist in cleaning food service equipment as assigned
- Follow all OSHA, Fire, Health Department and safety requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
