Job Description
What you will be doing Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment following proper procedures.
Keep kitchen areas, floors, storage areas, and workspaces clean and organized.
Assist kitchen team members with basic food preparation and cleaning tasks as needed.
Remove trash and maintain proper disposal procedures.
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are followed according to health department and hotel guidelines.
Maintain adequate supplies of clean dishes and equipment during meal periods and events.
Assist with receiving and organizing kitchen supplies.
Follow all safety procedures and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
Support the culinary team during busy service periods.
