Dishwasher/Food Prep

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dishwasher and Food Preparation Worker to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of food items, and washing and cleaning all items ensuring it meets cleanliness standards . You will work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the overall success of our food service operations. Duties Assist in the preparation of food items according to established recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas. Support catering events by preparing food items and assisting with service as needed. Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Participate in inventory management by helping to track supplies and report shortages. Engage in cleaning tasks, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly. Skills Previous experience in food preparation or related culinary roles is preferred. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations. Experience in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment is a plus. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a high-pressure setting. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with cooking techniques and kitchen equipment is beneficial. Strong communication skills to interact with team members effectively.
