Duties Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently. Assist with food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, or assembling ingredients when needed. Support catering and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow during busy service times. Follow proper food handling and safety protocols to uphold health standards. Help with general cleaning duties around the kitchen and dining areas to support overall sanitation efforts. Experience Previous experience working in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment is highly preferred. Familiarity with food service operations and basic food handling procedures. Experience with food preparation or banquet service is a plus. Knowledge of cleaning procedures specific to commercial kitchens.
