• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team.

As a Dishwasher, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas. Your main responsibility will be to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility, adhering to strict food safety standards. This position requires a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Duties:

• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure all kitchen areas are clean and free of debris.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
• Assist the kitchen staff with food preparation and serving as needed.
• Work effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
• Follow all food safety and handling procedures.
• Assist with banquet and catering events, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly cleaned and sanitized.
• Help with other kitchen duties as needed.

• Requirements:

• Previous experience in food preparation, kitchen staff, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to work as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques.
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
