Dishwasher

Responsibilities Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using a machine or by hand. Properly load and unload the dishwashing machine, ensuring all items are cleaned and ready for use. Organize and store clean dishes, utensils, and cookware in their designated areas. Maintain a clean and clutter-free dishwashing area, including sweeping and mopping floors. Remove trash, recycling, and kitchen waste, ensuring proper disposal. Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, worktables, and equipment. Assist with basic food preparation as requested by the chef or manager. Help with other closing duties, such as cleaning and sanitizing cooking stations. Monitor and report any maintenance issues with dishwashing machines or other equipment. Adhere to all sanitation, hygiene, and safety standards. Requirements Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team.
