Job Summary:

Rakkan Ramen is seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our back-of-house team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment to support our chefs and ensure an excellent dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans in a timely manner Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area Ensure proper sanitation standards are followed at all times Assist with basic kitchen prep tasks as needed Take out trash and recycling, and maintain clean waste areas Sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly Support kitchen staff during busy periods

Qualifications:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required Minimum age of 18, per company policy.
