Qualifications Spanish Dishwashing Full Job Description Responsibilities:

Arrive on time, prepared for work, in full uniform, and adhering to personal grooming standards. Ensure cleanliness of the outside parking lot, trash bins, and guest areas. Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and cooking equipment using dishwashers or by hand. Clean and sweep the parking lot and other assigned areas before opening the restaurant. Take out trash bags from the bins inside and outside to the larger container. Wash the trash bins from the kitchen to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area, ensuring that all supplies are stocked and readily available. Refill soap and sanitizer dispensers as needed to ensure proper cleaning processes. Dispose of waste and recyclables properly, keeping the kitchen and dishwashing area tidy. Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation and other duties when necessary. Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the kitchen supervisor. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food storage and handling. Must wear a clean and neat uniform at all times. Maintain integrity in all actions — being honest, non-deceptive, accountable, and respectful, even when unsupervised. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age. Must acquire all state-required certifications for the role. Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred. Spanish is required. Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen or similar role preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with team members. Must have a positive attitude and be open to learning and to be instructed. Ethical conduct at all times.

Experience:

Minimum of one year of relevant experience preferred.
