Duties Maintain a spotless and sanitized dishwashing station, ensuring all cookware, utensils, and dishware are thoroughly cleaned and organized for daily use Assist with basic food preparation tasks. Uphold strict food handling and safety standards in accordance with health regulations to ensure guest safety and quality assurance Contribute to overall kitchen cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste. Collaborate with team members in fast-paced settings to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items and bending Knowledge of basic food handling procedures and sanitation standards Experience with food preparation or catering is a plus, especially banquet experience or hotel kitchen background Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to support diverse roles within the kitchen environment Familiarity with cleaning protocols, kitchen safety practices, and proper use of dishwashing equipment A genuine interest in culinary arts, hospitality service, or related fields is highly valued Embark on a rewarding journey where your contributions directly impact the quality of our guests' experience.
