Support the culinary team during busy periods by bussing tables, clearing plates, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas. Help with catering and banquet setups by organizing supplies, setting up stations, and ensuring timely delivery of food items. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by following proper cleaning procedures for floors, surfaces, and storage areas. Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling protocols and maintaining hygiene standards at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and uphold excellent customer service. Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key! Knowledge of basic food handling procedures and sanitation practices. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting moderate loads. Experience with bussing tables, food preparation, or catering is a plus. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude; willingness to support the team wherever needed. Familiarity with kitchen safety standards and cleaning protocols. Previous banquet or hotel experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
