Responsibilities Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment or manual methods Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all kitchen areas are organized and hygienic Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables and handling basic food items when needed Support banquet and catering events by providing timely dishwashing and cleanup services Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety standards are met at all times Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow during busy service periods Adhere to cleaning schedules and health regulations to uphold sanitation standards Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key!
