Responsibilities Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently throughout your shift Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas meet health and safety standards Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, supporting the culinary team in meal assembly or ingredient handling Support bussing duties by clearing tables promptly and assisting with general restaurant cleanliness Handle food handling procedures carefully to prevent cross-contamination and ensure proper storage of items Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to ensure timely dish service and cleanup Follow all sanitation protocols related to food service, catering, hotel operations, or restaurant environments Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
