Job Overview Tag's Hometown Bar & Grill is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. Responsibilities Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans by hand or using dishwashing equipment Ensure that all items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety regulations Assist with basic food prep tasks, such as chopping vegetables or portioning ingredients, as needed Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, including dish racks, sinks, and floors Assist kitchen staff with other tasks, such as restocking supplies or cleaning kitchen equipment, as needed Follow proper procedures for handling and storing cleaning chemicals Adhere to all food safety guidelines and sanitation procedures Work collaboratively with other team members to support efficient kitchen operations Requirements Previous experience as a Dishwasher or in a similar role preferred Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation standards Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist others Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Must maintain a current Food Handler's Certificate
