Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchenware, utensils, and equipment to ensure smooth kitchen operations. This role is essential in supporting food service activities across various settings, including restaurant, and catering events, and banquet facilities. Responsibilities Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment using appropriate cleaning methods. Ensure all items are sanitized and stored properly to maintain health standards. Support food preparation tasks such as basic food handling and setup when required. Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas throughout shifts. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for service. Follow safety protocols related to food handling and sanitation procedures. Assist with catering or banquet setups by providing cleanware and supporting event needs. Experience Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with kitchen operations including bussing, food preparation, or culinary tasks is a plus. Experience with food handling, cleaning, or sanitation in hospitality settings is advantageous. Candidates with banquet experience or working in fast-paced food service environments will be highly considered.
