Support bussing duties by clearing tables promptly and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas. Contribute to banquet and catering setups by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for events. Follow food handling safety protocols diligently to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations. Maintain a clean work environment by regularly cleaning dishwashing stations, sinks, and surrounding areas. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service times and special events. Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. A background in restaurant or hotel settings involving kitchen or culinary experience enhances your ability to excel in this role. Familiarity with food handling procedures, cleanliness standards, and basic food preparation techniques is advantageous.
