Duties Prepar dishes according to the chef's specifications, Wash, prep & cut vegetables & meat. Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly to maintain cleanliness and safety standards Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas to support smooth service flow Support food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, or organizing supplies under supervision Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas through regular cleaning routines Help with catering and banquet setups by arranging tables, serving stations, and ensuring all necessary items are ready Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene practices Support the culinary team with basic cooking tasks as needed during busy service times Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks comfortably Strong attention to detail in cleaning and organization duties Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques is necessary Experience with banquet or catering environments is advantageous but not mandatory Join us to be part of a lively team where your efforts directly contribute to creating memorable dining experiences.
