Support bussing efforts by clearing tables and assisting with general restaurant cleanliness during service hours. Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen floors, workstations, and storage areas through regular cleaning routines. Aid in setting up banquet or catering events by ensuring all necessary dishware and utensils are ready for service. Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health regulations and prevent cross-contamination. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely dishwashing during busy service periods, supporting overall food service operations. Qualifications Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Basic understanding of kitchen safety, cleaning procedures, and food handling practices. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy trays or equipment. Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively within a fast-paced environment. Experience in catering, banquet settings, or hotel kitchens is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
