Requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area Assist with basic food prep and kitchen support duties Assist kitchen team with simple sushi preparation tasks as needed Must demonstrate moderate knife skills Must be able to work minimum 36 hours per week which is 13 hours full day (no half day shift) Applicants must be able to pass a drug screening Responsible, reliable & punctual Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 60 lbs Prior restaurant experience is a plus, but not required Benefits Tip sharing Free meal and beverage during shift Employee & family discounts Opportunity to grow with a local expanding restaurant and potential to be promoted to higher position.
