Overview Join our dynamic team as a Dishwasher, where your role is vital in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. Responsibilities Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans to uphold health and safety standards Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, dishwashing areas, and storage spaces through regular cleaning and organization Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic prep work for banquets or catering events Support food handling procedures by adhering to proper hygiene practices and safety protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely availability of clean dishes and utensils during busy service hours Help with bussing tables and clearing dining areas to maintain a welcoming environment for guests Follow all sanitation guidelines related to food service, catering, and hotel standards to ensure compliance You will also being helping in the FOH sometimes if there is no dishes, duties include but are not limited to: wiping down tables, restocking, cleaning glass Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is highly valued Experience in banquet settings or catering environments is a plus, demonstrating versatility in food service operations Familiarity with kitchen cleaning routines and food handling safety procedures enhances your effectiveness in this role Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting culinary staff and hospitality teams This paid position offers an engaging opportunity to develop foundational culinary skills while contributing to an exceptional guest experience.
