As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential to the smooth operation of our food service, whether it be in a restaurant, hotel, or catering setting. Your commitment to cleanliness and teamwork will help us provide exceptional service to our guests. Responsibilities Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashing equipment or by hand. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping and mopping floors as needed. Ensure that all kitchen utensils and equipment are properly cleaned and stored after use. Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by the kitchen staff. Help maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing duties. Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations during peak service times. Experience Previous experience in a banquet, restaurant, or hotel kitchen environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food service operations and sanitation practices is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen.
