Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated person for our Dishwasher Split Shift role to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a lively environment by supporting food service operations across different shifts. The ideal candidate will bring energy, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Dishwasher Split Shift, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting culinary excellence throughout your scheduled hours. Duties Assist with food preparation and plating to ensure timely service during busy periods Buss tables efficiently, clearing dishes and resetting tables for incoming guests Support catering and banquet events by setting up, serving, and cleaning up as needed Maintain cleanliness standards in the kitchen, dining areas, and service stations Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene practices Serve guests courteously, taking orders accurately and providing excellent hospitality Contribute to overall restaurant operations by supporting kitchen staff with basic cooking tasks when required Experience Previous restaurant experience or hospitality background preferred, especially in food service or catering roles Familiarity with food preparation, bussing, serving, and cleaning procedures in a fast-paced environment Experience working during split shifts or multiple shifts throughout the day is advantageous Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude in high-pressure situations Prior banquet or hotel culinary experience is a plus but not mandatory Join us to be part of an energetic team committed to delivering memorable guest experiences!
