This energetic position involves supporting the front-of-house operations by ensuring dishes, utensils, and serving ware are spotless and ready for service, while also assisting with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a positive dining experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Duties Clear and bus tables efficiently, ensuring a smooth flow of service during busy hours Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using proper food handling and cleaning techniques Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic plating or ingredient setup under supervision Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces regularly Support catering and banquet events by providing timely cleaning and setup assistance Follow safety protocols for handling cleaning chemicals and food items to ensure a hygienic environment Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure all food service standards are met and upheld Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Experience with restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is a plus, especially in roles involving food handling or kitchen support Familiarity with food preparation or culinary tasks can be advantageous but is not mandatory Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency Strong teamwork skills and positive attitude to contribute to a lively, fast-paced environment Join us in delivering exceptional hospitality by keeping our spaces spotless and supporting our team's success!
