Responsibilities and Qualifications:

Cleaning:

Wash all dish wares (dishes, pots, pans, flatware, glasses) by hand or machine.

Dish Machine Operation:

Properly load/unload commercial dishwashers and maintain chemical levels.

Sanitation:

Maintain a clean/dry dish area, sanitize food prep areas, and mop floors, sweep floors.

Maintenance:

Empty garbage, break down boxes, and clean trash cans. Other duties as assigned. Sense of urgency: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to ensure steady flow of clean dishes for kitchen and dining room staff. Must be dependable and reliable. Must be punctual. Must be willing to work assigned shifts. Ability to stand for long periods and maintain a fast, efficient pace throughout the entire shift. Strong work ethic.

Shift:

8:00am - 3:00pm (or sooner)
