Responsibilities Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using appropriate cleaning methods. Help bus tables and clear dining areas to ensure a pleasant experience for guests. Support banquet and catering operations by ensuring timely availability of clean dishes and utensils. Follow all food safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during peak service times. Experience Previous experience in food service or culinary environments is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to assist others as needed.
