Responsibilities Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly to maintain cleanliness standards. Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning items under supervision. Support the catering team with setup, breakdown, and replenishment during events or banquet services. Maintain a sanitized work environment by following proper cleaning procedures for surfaces, floors, and storage areas. Manage food handling responsibilities in accordance with safety regulations to ensure quality and hygiene. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of prepared food items and smooth service flow. Help with bussing tables and clearing plates during busy service periods to support overall restaurant operations. Skills Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices. Ability to perform basic food preparation. Strong organizational skills with attention to cleanliness and detail. Good communication skills to work effectively within a team.
