Stuft began 15 years ago with two brothers and a hot sauce. They engaged the community with their food truck and creative food which has since grown into a thriving restaurant that just celebrated its 8th year providing live music and rad munchies. Our ideal candidate is team oriented! We are fast paced and high volume kitchen.

FAMILY OWNED - SHIFT MEALS - 401 K

We do not have a dish machine, all dishes are hand washed. No glasses or silverware. Dishwashers primarily wash pots, bus tubs, prep equipment, hotel pans, and food trays.

Dishwasher Responsibilities:

Arrives for shift on time and ready to work Maintains dish area and surrounding areas Collect used kitchenware and equipment for washing Scrape and soak pot and pans. Hand wash and sanitize serving trays Return clean items to appropriate place Ensure there are always enough clean food trays, especially during peak hours Empty beverage dump buckets intermittently Maintain cleaning supplies stock (e.g. detergents) Remove garbage regularly and keep garbage cans clean Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floors and walls Maintain sink and drains, cleaning out food products in traps. Assist prep/line cooks with any duties necessary Maintain grease trap and food trap
