Job Description

GravyWork is hiring reliable kitchen staff to support an inn and restaurant in Middleburg, VA. We are currently looking for both a Dishwasher and a Line Cook for long-term assignments. This is a great opportunity for experienced kitchen workers looking for steady work, competitive pay, and a professional restaurant environment.
Open Positions & Pay:
Dishwasher:
$20.00 per hour
Line Cook:
$23.50 per hour
Location:
Middleburg, VA 20117 Free parking available Please note: Applicants must have their own reliable transportation to and from the job site.
Schedule:
Dishwasher:
5 days per week, schedule TBD by chef
Line Cook:
5 days per week, 12:00 PM - 9:30 PM Long-term opportunity available Early start may be available if selected this week or next week
What You'll Do:
Dishwasher:
Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans Keep the dish area clean, organized, and safe Support the kitchen team during service Assist with trash removal and general kitchen cleanliness Follow sanitation and food safety standards
Line Cook:
Prepare and cook menu items according to kitchen standards Set up and stock the line before service Maintain a clean and organized workstation Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Work with the kitchen team to support timely service and consistent food quality
Requirements:
Previous kitchen, restaurant, dishwasher, or line cook experience preferred Reliable, punctual, and professional Able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Able to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks during the shift Must have reliable transportation Why Join GravyWork?
