Duties Assist in the preparation of meals according to established recipes and menu planning. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Support chefs in cooking and plating dishes, ensuring presentation meets our fine dining standards. Handle food products safely, adhering to all food handling guidelines. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation and service. Participate in inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies. Engage in continuous learning about culinary techniques and menu offerings. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is preferred. Knowledge of fine dining standards and practices is a plus. Familiarity with menu planning and meal preparation techniques. Strong culinary skills with an emphasis on food handling and safety. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
