Dishwasher/Food Prep

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Food Prep team member to support our busy kitchen operations. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient food service environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and food service, with experience in cleaning, food preparation, and supporting culinary teams. Duties Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to support kitchen staff Support bussing duties by clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Help with basic food handling and catering setup for events or banquet services Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, including counters, sinks, and storage areas Follow proper food safety protocols and sanitation procedures at all times Assist with general cleaning duties throughout the restaurant or catering venue to uphold hygiene standards Requirements Prior experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality environments is preferred Knowledge of food handling safety and sanitation practices Experience with food preparation, cooking support, or banquet service is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings if needed Prior kitchen experience or culinary background is advantageous but not mandatory Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds This role provides valuable experience in the hospitality industry and an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering excellent service.
